The terms governing your use of Softknack Fleet operations platform and services. This covers softknack.com and every Softknack Fleet deployment.
Softknack Technologies Pvt Ltd ("Softknack", "we", "us"), a company registered in Chennai, India, operates softknack.com and Softknack Fleet (an operations console for chauffeur and limousine fleet operators). By creating an account or using Softknack Fleet, you ("you", "customer") agree to these Terms. If you're accepting on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business.
You're responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for activity under your account, including actions by dispatchers, drivers, and supervisors. Keep your credentials secure and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
Softknack provides fleet management software — tariffs, dispatch board, vehicle custody, shift settlements, driver apps and integration APIs — that you configure to run your own fleet. We act as your processor for customer booking data; you remain the controller of that data, as set out in our Privacy Policy.
Data you or your team put into Softknack Fleet (bookings, vehicle inventories, driver profiles, trip logs, inspection photos, and cash collections) belongs to you. We use it only to provide the service you've configured — we do not sell it, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.
Softknack Fleet is billed per vehicle as agreed in your service order. Pilots run for the agreed period and transition to active subscriptions as agreed. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Softknack and its licensors own the software, branding, and underlying technology. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your fleet during your subscription. You retain ownership of your own operational data.
The service is provided "as is." We work to keep it reliable and accurate, with high availability for live dispatch. To the extent permitted by law, Softknack's aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms apply for as long as you use the service. You may stop using it, or close your account, per your service agreement. We may suspend access for a material breach of these Terms.
We may update these Terms as our platform evolves. We'll change the "Last updated" date above and notify account holders of material updates.
