Yes. Volume pricing is discussed on the demo once we know your monthly trips and segments.

Q: Are prices shown with or without tax?

Before tax. GST at 18% is added to the fees where it applies and shown separately on the invoice. The 18% GST customers pay on fares is handled separately on every tax invoice SK Fleet issues for you.

INR 13.50 per trip is a small share of any fare: put your own average fare in the calculator and see the exact figure. No tiers to outgrow, no per-seat licences, no hidden hosting bill. Volume pricing is agreed on the demo.

Each extra stop	INR 4.50	A place the vehicle stops on the way. Shared stops count once.
Scheduled route stop	INR 3.00	Per stop served on staff or school routes, with attendance recorded.
Courier delivery	INR 5.25	Per delivery or drop made, with proof of stop. Courier runs and trucking loads both bill on this unit.
Order-channel connector	INR 1,499 / month	Per active connector, such as a partner or aggregator feed. No setup fee.

Partner API v6.1 and emailed CSV intake are included in the platform fee. Connectors are for feeds we build and maintain for you.

WhatsApp / Meta messaging fees

Conversation fees are billed by Meta to your WhatsApp Business account at their rates.

Telephony

Call minutes and numbers stay with your telecom provider. SK Fleet logs the booking, not the call.

GPS hardware, if you want it

The chauffeur's phone is the tracker. If you prefer fitted trackers, that hardware is yours to buy.

Regulator reporting links

Document tracking and trip snapshots are built in. Live links to local regulator systems are scoped per operator.

What counts as a passenger trip?

One booking with a pickup and a drop-off. Each additional place the vehicle stops is an extra stop at INR 4.50; shared stops count once.

Is there a setup or onboarding fee?

Connectors have no setup fee. Platform onboarding is confirmed on the demo for your fleet size, together with your go-live plan.

Do you offer volume pricing?

Yes. Once we know your monthly trips and segments we confirm a price on the demo. Volume pricing is never published.

How is a mixed fleet billed?

Each unit is billed at its own rate: passenger trips at INR 3, route stops and deliveries at INR 13.20, extra stops at INR 4.50. One invoice, one GST line.
